About Us:
Linda Knaggs developed an "I'll Take Care of It!" mentality early in life. Growing up in rural Alaska and Wyoming, Linda and her siblings learned to resourcefully make do with themselves and what was around. Her family's strong German background emphasized "First the work and then the play."
As a registered nurse and care manager with terminally ill patients, Linda was adept at taking charge of a situation and taking appropriate, caring action. She's always been one of those people who sees what needs to be done and just does it.
As a Realtor, those skills are just as critical for success. Linda determines on an individual basis what her clients needs are and fulfills them. What makes her unique is her genuine warmth and ability to listen to her clients needs.

I have worked extensively with first time buyers, and then helped them move up into their dream homes as the years have gone by.
