The LindaLom.com Team is proud to call Trillium Real Estate our home. Linda Lombardini and Sandi Smith are the co-owners of Trillium Real Estate. We are also proud to share the Trillium Philosophy. Trillium Real Estate began with the idea that helping people make good decisions should be the cornerstone of real estate service.
Over their 35 years as real estate professionals, Sandi and Linda saw real estate transactions grow increasingly complex while at the same time traditional real estate agencies were becoming more and more decentralized. In this, Sandi and Linda recognized the need for a new kind of agency that treated every client relationship as a collaborative partnership. Clients, Sandi and Linda thought, should work with real estate professionals through 100% of the buying or selling process, rather than being passed off to less qualified assistants. Moreover, with the advent of new communications technologies, timing was becoming an ever more crucial element in helping clients reach their goals. Waiting meant missed opportunity.
