It was such a pleasure to work with you and I want to bring you up-to-date on our success.   We followed most of your suggestions regarding removal of furniture, but left all carpets over wall-to-wall carpeting down.  We painted all three bathrooms & added your suggested candles, new towels, & greenery. The paint color in the kitchen & laundry room below the chair rail was toned down using your suggested color.  And of course, all personal pictures & decorative things were packed away.   Just a few weeks ago (late January) our condo went into MLS.  That was on a Thursday late afternoon.  In the next 2 days, Friday & Saturday, we had 9 showings and by the end of the day on Saturday, we had three offers, two for full-price, cash!  I just wanted you to know!  Nice job!
