My real estate career began March 1990 and with that a whole new life experience began.  I have learned so much from the public in buying and selling real estate that I would like to share my knowledge and expertise with you for your future real estate needs.  At present I am the 1st Vice President of the Annapolis Valley Real Estate Board and have been involved with the board for several years holding various committee chairs.  Today's real estate market is very complex but it still remains people driven and because of that the demands and expectations are higher and higher with new challenges and better ways of doing our job.  As a professional I consider myself lucky to have a career that allows me to be invited into people's lives and assist them in the largest single investment of their life "their home".  I always consider this a pleasure.  Please call me today and see if we can share the experience.

My real estate area is primarily a rural environment with the HRM (Halifax) close by about 40 minutes so this allows for many types of real estate but mostly residential, multi and farms being the preferred followed by recreation properties with or without waterfrontage (lake, ocean or river) and then commercial properties more limited.  Hants West is fast becoming a bedroom community of the city of Halifax and great for commuters.  The area enjoys a rural lifestyle with all the benefits of a modern city that's only minutes away. You might know Hants West by the Pumpkin King Howard Dill and now of course the Pumpkin races.

Our community also offers a private music school (Dorian Hall) and the World famous Mermaid Theatre which produces many plays for children and adults alike.  We are fortunate to have such calibre of talent in our community and the area also offers the oldest private school in Canada (KingsEdgehill). Can you feel the fun in our neighborhood.  Come and join in!  Give me a call today.
