About Us:

My background gives me a solid foundation for real estate.  I worked in the law field for many years and this gives me an unparalled advantage over many other agents.  Contract, negotiation and people skills are just some of what separates a good realtor from an average one. 

I believe in strong communication skills and having all questions answered.  This is key to a successful relationship.  I pride myself on my willingness and ability to provide this to my clients. 

Areas of Expertise:

I work from King to Whatcom County.  I work with all buyers and sellers, from first time buyers, move-up sellers and buyers, retirement and secondary vacation homes, and investment properties. 

I am affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and the Snohomish County Camano Island Association of Realtors. 

I believe everyone has the ability to purchase a home and I especially enjoy working with first time buyers to help them achieve this.  It gives me great satisfaction to help put someone into their first home.  What a great job!
