About Us:
I have been selling Real Estate since 1997, starting in North Carolina, before moving back to my hometown area - the St. Louis Market. Prior to Real Estate. I spent most of my career with Target, most recently as a Store Team Leader.
Having been relocated many times with Target, I had experienced many "average" Real Estate transactions. I never had a "bad" experience, but never had an agent that did anything more than provide the minimum services. When I chose to change careers, I felt I could do well in the Real Estate industry if I just treated people the way I expected to be treated. I expect good service, which I don't feel is asking too much!
I feel much of my success is due to the high standards I hold for myself. While I will put my knowledge of the market and marketing and negotiating skills up against any of my competitors, I feel just treating people the way I expect to be treated (The Golden Rule!) has helped me attain the level of success that I have in my career. Of course my faith in Jesus has provided me with all my success in my life, family and career!

You will see my marketing notes I specialize in Custom Homes and Homes on Acreage. I have a special interest in these types of homes, similar to properties I have lived in myself! My daughters ride horses, so we have horses and live on acreage ourselves!
I have worked with many custom builders/developers in my career which I have enjoyed in many ways. I learned alot of the building business early in my career due to these relationships and like the fact that a Custom Builder is more involved in the day to day operations of their building services. You will often find more detail and custom workmanship in Custom Homes, as I am sure you know!
However, it should be noted that specializing in these types of properties does not preclude me from selling homes in all prices ranges. I have experience in properties from $40,000 up to over $1 Million. First time home buyers are some of the best clients I have dealt with as it is such a big moment in their lives, and as cheesy as it sounds, it is one of the most rewarding parts of my job! You really do feel good when you know you are helping someone else achieve their dream!
