About Me

I am a real estate agent by day, asleep at night.  Now, that's integrity!  Real estate is my passion.  I love the profession.  My favorite part of practicing real estate sales is working with people.  I like meeting new people and serving them well.

I began practicing real estate sales in the Carson Valley of Nevada in 2004.  As a young rookie I worked hard and focused on the clients.  5 Years later, my original clients are still very enthused about doing business with me.  This is because they know I do my best to take good care of them through their transactions.  Currently I am focusing on working toward my "Certified Residential Specialist" certification so that I can bring the most on-the-edge information to my sellers and buyers. 

I believe that networking is an essentail part of my daily work.  I focus a lot of my energy on finding a buyer to match with a seller and vise versa through personal contact with established relationships. Meeting with other professionals in the industry to ensure I am connecting my clients with the best of the best to serve them is also part of the service I provide.  If I am your Realtor, you will be utilizing trusted professionals in all areas of your transaction because I have checked them out for you in advance.  I also enjoy working closlely with local business owners.  I think reciprocity in referring business to one another is how business owners can ensure their success. 

Personally: I am a hard working mother of two little girls and haven't turned 30 yet.  I enjoy chocolate, coffee and seafood (but not all at the same time).  My hobbies are writing, hiking, and kareoke.  I am very involved with my church community and volunteer a lot there.  My very favorite outdoor activity is laying on the beach.  My dislikes are: laundry, being cold, and the smell of automotive gear lubricant.

My areas of expertise include Gardnerville, Minden, Carson City and Stateline Nevada.  I have experience mostly in single family homes.  I enjoy very much working with first time buyers and sellers of real estate.  I offer For Sale By Owners some services for free or at little cost as a way of giving back to the real estate community. My specialty is providing service that results in lasting relationships centered on trust.  I strive to always say what I mean and mean what I say, and do what I say I will do.  I am skilled at positioning homes in the current market, whatever the market condition may be, to enable sellers to be competitve, and in helping buyers navigate through their priorities to find the most suitable and enjoyable home.
