About Us:

Designed to Sell Home Staging is a premier Staging and Re-Design Company providing services in Winnipeg, Selkirk, St. Andrews, St. Clements, East and West St. Paul.

Owner and creator Lisa Stefanuik received her Accreditation from the Haverhill Institute of Staging and Design and successfully completed the Manitoba Real Estate Salesperson Program. Lisa brings her talent, creativity, organizational skills, vision and dedication to every project, regardless of size or budget.

Designed to Sell Home Staging is proud to offer you Economical and Practical solutions to all your Home Staging and Re-Design needs.  We work within the client's budget, often using what is already in your home.   

Our In Home services include:   Market Readiness Consultation, Home Staging Set-Up, Organization and Declutter Services.  If necessary,  we can arrange for furniture and accessory rental and/or purchase.

In addition to the traditional In Home Services, we are pleased to offer Online Staging and Re-Design Service.

Our Online Home Staging Consultation Option is perfect for the "Do It Yourselfer"!  We will assess your property from digital photographs and provide you with detailed, individual advice on preparing your property to sell quickly and for the maximum selling price.  Within 48 hours we will provide you with an individualized report with detailed recommendations on how to stage your home including furniture, accessory/prop placement, paint colour selections, as well as suggestions on updating fixtures and other room elements.  Included with the Online Home Staging Report is a Home Staging Checklist, an Open House Checklist; FREE follow-up consultation just in case you have any questions or just need some encouragement!

Our Online Re-Design Consultation is similar in nature to the Online Home Staging Consultation, we will assess your home from your quality, digital photographs.  Included with the Online Re-Design Consultation is an individualized report with detailed recommendations on how to Re-design your room including furniture, accessory and art placement,  paint colour selections and recommendations on updating fixtures and other room elements and a sample floor plan to help you "visualize" your new design.
