About Us:

We are California natives-- I am from Los Angeles, and my husband Frank - a real estate broker - is from San Francisco. We know what moving involves, having moved many times before Frank's retirement after 20 years of service in the Marine Corps. Although we were stationed in Virginia, Okinawa, El Toro, Camp Pendleton and Twentynine Palms, we settled on the Murrieta/Temecula Valley area as a wonderful place to sink roots and raise our children: great schools, very low crime, and easy access to all that Southern California has to offer: shopping and restaurants and attractions both locally and in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. 

We both were active in academics and sports growing up, with Frank graduating from UC Berkeley (Business Administration) and then UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law as a Captain in the Marine Corps. Lisa graduated from Stanford (English & Economics) and Boalt Hall as well. We met at Boalt Hall, passed the California bar in the fall after graduation, and married shortly thereafter. Then Frank served as a trial attorney and as a Military Judge, retiring from the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel. For three years, I practiced law -- business litigation -- and then began an at-home career with our children.

Our current hobbies include spending time with the family, kids' sports of Temecula Viper volleyball and Triple Threat basketball, coaching the mock trial team at Murrieta Valley H.S. (Frank), and coaching softball pitching (Lisa).

We have bought and sold our personal residences as well as multiple investment properties, some of which we still own and manage as landlords.  In addition, helping hundreds of families buy and sell homes either as personal residences or as investments (or both!), as well as managing many homes for owners and renting to others, we have the answer to most questions.  And, if it is a rare question we don't know, we have access to tools and a network to get you the answer.  Go ahead and ask! -- Contact Frank.
