Loan officer & real estate investor; military spouse (Ret); blogger & life student; fan of our kids' youth and high school softball, volleyball, basketball, mock trial & marching band.
We are California natives-- I am from Los Angeles, and my husband Frank - a real estate broker - is from San Francisco. We know what moving involves, having moved many times before Frank's retirement after 20 years of service in the Marine Corps. Although we were stationed in Virginia, Okinawa, El Toro, Camp Pendleton and Twentynine Palms, we settled on the Murrieta/Temecula Valley area as a wonderful place to sink roots and raise our children: great schools, very low crime, and easy access to all that Southern California has to offer: shopping and restaurants and attractions both locally and in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.
We both were active in academics and sports growing up, with Frank graduating from UC Berkeley (Business Administration) and then UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law as a Captain in the Marine Corps. Lisa graduated from Stanford (English & Economics) and Boalt Hall as well. We met at Boalt Hall, passed the California bar in the fall after graduation, and married shortly thereafter. Then Frank served as a trial attorney and as a Military Judge, retiring from the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel. For three years, I practiced law -- business litigation -- and then began an at-home career with our children.
ALTHOUGH WE ARE BOTH ATTORNEYS, WE DO NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE TO OUR CLIENTS. SO PLEASE DON'T ASK!!! WE ARE REALTORS. WE WILL HELP YOU BUY OR SELL YOUR REAL ESTATE, BUT WE WILL NOT BE YOUR ATTORNEY. IF YOU WANT LEGAL ADVICE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSULT A REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY.
Our current hobbies include spending time with the family, kids' sports of Temecula Viper volleyball and Triple Threat basketball, coaching the mock trial team at Murrieta Valley H.S. (Frank), and coaching softball pitching (Lisa).
We have bought and sold our personal residences as well as multiple investment properties, some of which we still own and manage as landlords. In addition, helping hundreds of families buy and sell homes either as personal residences or as investments (or both!), as well as managing many homes for owners and renting to others, we have the answer to most questions. And, if it is a rare question we don't know, we have access to tools and a network to get you the answer. Go ahead and ask! -- Contact Frank.
Our areas of coverage include, in mostly alphabetical order:
(**The section below is under construction as we add the many pictures, etc., and information related to individual neighborhoods.)
Bear Creek -- estate homes on the golf course with views, pools and golf and tennis included in the HOA (homeowners association).
Bremerton at the Vineyard -- lovely larger tract homes across the street (Hayes) from Thompson Middle School, many with views of the Santa Rosa Plateau to the west. These were built in 2005 and suffered large numbers lost to short sales and foreclosures, but that turnover has largely passed.
Copper Canyon -- lovely homes on quite tree-lined streets, connect to and surrounding top-ranked Cole Canyon Elementary School.
Historic Old Town Murrieta
The Ranchos, off Santa Fe & Washington -- These homes are large ranch-style homes on large lots, with detached garages and many with highly upgraded counters, tile and flooring as well as pools and views of the Santa Rosa Plateau to the west.
Paloma Del Sol
Paseo Del Sol -- This is a lovely master-planned community with walking trails, parks and the top ranked Abby Reinke Elementary School.
San Diego County
San Bernardino County
Pioneertown -- referenced in Kenny Chesney's "El Cerrito Place"
Copper Hill -- These homes are in a master-planned community south of hwy 62 in the hills just to the west of Sky Harbor. The homes' front yard landscaping was usually included in the original purchase, creating a lovely synergy of consistent yet varied front yards that meshes with the desert surroundings. Many homes in Copper Hill have views, pools and/or are on cul de sacs.

In our year long adventure to sell our home in Orange County and find a home in Beaumont we were fortunate to find Frank. Our first meeting with Frank was a pleasant surprise. Frank was professional and knowledgeable. Frank worked tirelessly to find the right house at the right price. As time went by we observed that Frank had inpeccable ethics and integrity. Frank's energy and friendliness helped put us at ease. Frank and Lisa went above and beyond to make our move possible. We thank them both and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.
--Mike & Carol D., Beaumont CA
This team makes an extremely knowledgeable and professional team of Realtors. Although we faced a few challenges in selling our home in Lake Elsinore, Frank and Lisa made it easier for us along the way. They were very caring and understanding of our needs. Frank even helped us to prepare our home for an open house that proved to be successful in the sale of our home. We highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a property to use Frank and Lisa Delzompo.
Thanks a million Frank and Lisa. It was an absolute pleasure working with you.
