I'm the principal broker and owner of Halter Associates Realty with offices in Woodstock, NY and Kingston, NY. I have been working as a full-time Broker and Associate Broker in Ulster County for over 20 years. I opened Halter associates Realty in the Fall of 2014 with a vision for a kindler, gentler real estate office with a focus on teamwork and shared growth. We’ve grown rapidly to 50+ agents, while maintaining our focus on successful relationships with buyers and sellers alike.

Applying my 30 years of experience in online marketing and design in NYC and Woodstock, I’m able to market our company’s listings to the broadest online audience possible. We’re able to match buyers with the best homes, and work with them throughout the process. Most of our sellers are relocating out of the area, so we have a referral network to match sellers with dependable realtors in their destination location as well.

My goal is to continue to grow and serve our community, and maintain a safe space for agents to be their best, while maintaining an open line of communication with our buyers and sellers. Real estate is all about transitions in our lives, whether it’s a household growing with the birth of a child, or the death of a loved one. Although we are ostensibly in sales, we need to be so much more for our clients, and help them through their life changes in a thoughtful and meaningful way.
