Why I'm the Realtor for You

I have been a licensed Realtor in South Carolina since 2003, and licensed in North Carolina since December 2004.  I have been a top producer with my prior company affiliation for the past 3 years, earning such recognition Awards as the Executive, Ambassador, and President's Club awards.

If you are a new home buyer, looking to downsize, needing something larger for the growing family, want to invest, getting ready for that retirement, or just want a place to come to on vacation, I can help you find what you are looking for.  I have specialized in general brokerage for single family homes, high end estate homes, condos, ocean front condos, golf villas, townhomes, manufactured homes, and lot/land.  I am also certified in New Home Construction, have worked closely with new home builders, and have specialized in site sales. 

Being licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, allows me to educate my clients on the differences and similarities between the two markets, so they can make a decision to best fit their needs.  I am a member of the Grand Strand Board of Realtors, and cover the following areas in South Carolina:  Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Longs, Conway, Carolina Forest, Murrells Inlet, and Surfside Beach.  I am familiar with the ocean front condo market, golf course communities as Barefoot Resort, Grande Dunes, and Tidewater Plantation, to name a few, single family residential communities.

In North Carolina, I belong to the Brunswick County Board of Realtors, and cover the areas of Carolina Shores, Calabash, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach, Supply, Southport and Shallotte.  I am familiar with golf course communites as Sea Trail Plantation, Carolina Shores, Brunswick Plantation, Ocean Ridge Plantation, St. James Plantation, and more.
