I am a Broker Associate with McGraw REALTORS and specialize in the Greater Tulsa Area. I work with first time home buyers, investors and work in property management.

Broken Arrow has been my home for 2 years now.  I held a Broker License in Texas before coming to the Tulsa Area.  I'm now a Broker Associate for McGraw Realtors in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area.

Experience

My experiece in real estate has been with first time home buyers, investors who either buy and sell or buy and hold.  I've also bought and sold my own properties.  I leaned that you must buy write, but also have a good exit strategy.  I manage properties for my investors.  In doing so I'm able to help clients who are currently renting to become qualified home buyers as well as help my investor build equity in their investment.    I've specialized in HUD owned properties and short sales.  Short Sales are for owners who are currently behind on their mortgage and want to avoid Foreclosure.
