About Me

Hello, and thank you for stopping by my page!  If you are a real estate agent reading this, I would like to extend a special welcome.  I will always treat you with the utmost respect because we're all in this together, striving to help our clients "move" to the next stage of their lives.

Here's a little about me:

  • REALTOR® - A real estate agent is a REALTOR® when s/he is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, The Voice for Real Estate® - the world's largest professional association. The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all real estate agents are REALTORS®. Only 720,000 real estate agents are REALTORS®.
  • CRS - The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. 
  • SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. SRES® designees have the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
  • ASP - Accredited Staging Professional, personally taught the art of staging homes by Barb Schwarz, the creator of the word "staged"
  • Active participant and volunteer for the John L. Scott Foundation (with an emphasis on serving Children's Hospital & Seattle Ronald McDonald House, running toiletries drives and assisting in making meals for families)
  • I'm a "Tom Ferry" girl and a "Ninja"- agents, you may know what this means.  I really enjoy the Ninja Selling philosophy (no knives are used, people!), and Tom Ferry's coaching style and ideas.

Selling Real Estate is all about customer service and when it comes to listing a property, it's all about customer service AND innovative marketing!  I am always looking for fresh new ideas for ways I can better serve my clients because I enjoy working hard and taking good care of my wonderful clients.  I love sharing with other agents and surrounding myself with positive, happy people.

Whether you are buying or selling, you need someone who will look out for your best interest and assist you in this very important event in your life.  After all, what's important is YOU!  Contrary to the perceived role of a Real Estate Agent, I am not a "salesperson."  I am a Real Estate Advocate and when we choose to work together, you are allowing me to represent you, stand up for you, look out for your best interest, be honest with you and present you with the facts and options so you can make the best decisions.

I mainly serve King County and North Pierce County, and I specialize in selling homes, condominiums and townhomes.  I represent both Buyers and Sellers, and enjoy both aspects of my role as a Real Estate Advocate.  The top thee cities I do the most transactions are Bellevue, then Auburn, then Renton, but I also serve Kent, Covington, Maple Valley, Seattle, Des Moines, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Buckley, Tacoma and their surrounding communities.
