About Us:
I am a Broker and have been in Real Estate since 1978. I've been able to focus on developing great friendships with everyone that I've worked with. I have a phone full of numbers that I could call and say ,"I need" and the response on the other end would be ,"Where and When?" We work in a Military community and I have friends all over the world referring people back to me.
I think what separates me from most of my colleagues is that I take my clients needs personal. And making sure that their dreams and desires are fulfilled. I know that sounds flaky but I truly mean it. It is all about my clients! It all goes back to I always treat people the way that I want to be treated. Basic, Biblical and I live by it.
Areas of Expertise
With this being a Military community, Ft. Campbell, we do a lot of relocation. I"m presently developing a web site that caters to the military. Our whole goal is to make their transition as smooth as possible. Those families give up so much for our country, communities and our families.
Following that group are the first time home Buyers. They are dear to me because they put all of their trust in me. I always encourage them to involve their parents. I even, with their permission, will email the parents pictures and property information.
Because of my versatility, I work with many people in the Luxury Market in our County. These clients are at the other end of the spectrum when it comes to a working knowledge of the Real Estate market. I can honestly say that it is a privilege to work with Luxury Home Buyers. They usually have bought and sold many properties and my job is fact finder and negotiator. My negotiating skills have been honed to an art.
Last but not least is Commercial Real Estate. I have many investors all over the U.S. who because of 1031 tax deferments are always looking for investments. Clarksville is a great place for these investors because of the projected growth of our community and it"s location to Nashville, TN.
