I grew up in the capital city of Taiwan, Taipei. I came to USA in the Fall of 1992 to persue my education and my dream. I graduated from Georgia State University and got a Master's degree in Biochemistry in 1995. Before my graduation, I got my first real job at Emory University and worked as a Cancer Research Specialist. Soon I found my passion was in Real Estate not a solitary, lifeless lab worker. Thanks to my first boss.
Everything started that my best pal bought a house. He told me he found a house from a real estate book (internet no popular at that time). When he called the agent, the agent told him that she was busy and will send her assistant to help him find his dream home. Then the day of first appointment, a 90 years old lady got out of car. She was the listing agent's mother. She did not know the area and could barely drive. My friend bought the 3rd house he saw and did all the contract negotiation and quickly closed the deal. He later told me that he just felt so bad for that lady. He wished he knew a good Realtor who he could trust and knew the area well.
I learned my early my business ethic from my parent. My father was a military officer for 30 years and retired at his early fifty to start a small business and successfully raised his four children through 4-year University education. I learned from my hard working parent that success does not come from sky but from hard working, knowledge, experience and professional attitude we have - do the best we can and persist on the right things we do.
My international background and the local community involovement expose me to individuals from all over the world. After the 1996 Centennial Olympic Game, Atlanta has grown to be a very diversed city in the United State. Many business headquarters moved to Atlanta and called it home. I was honored to help hundred families relocate to and from Atlanta in the past 11 years.
My business philosophy is: Honesty and professionalism to bring the highest level of service to my customers.
My life philosophy is: Smile everyday and Keep learning. I have committed to myself to learn one new thing each year. Either taking a new designation course to improve my business; or playing a new sport to keep up my shape; or learning a new language to communicate with more people in the world; or even going to a new place ...anything I would do with a great life enjoyment and a true value to all human beings.
The greatest reward to me is: to receive referrals from my happy customers.
