This includes, but is not limited to BlackBerry, Palm Treo, Windows Mobile, and iPhone. Wireless I.Q. offers training and technical support on most mobile devices. We also setup and support mobile internet solutions for laptops. This technology can be used using a separate device connected to the laptop or, in most cases, using a mobile phone to "tether" to the laptop.
Wireless I.Q. provides a hosted Microsoft Exchange service for real estate agents. The main advantage to using this is the wireless synchronization between your computer and your mobile phone. If you enter a contact or a calendar entry on your phone, it goes into Microsoft Outlook or Entourage without you having to connect you phone to your computer using a USB cable. It also works vice versa. If you enter something on your computer, it will automatically go into your phone. Another big advantage to using this service is your sent items are also synchronized with your phone. Most mobile email users that send an email from their mobile phone never see that sent item in Outlook. Hosted Microsoft Exchange allows you to do this.
