I am avid fan of HGTV. I know what a big difference staging a home makes, so I advise all of my listings to be staged. Staging a home to look like a model home allows buyers to see your house for its architecture and floorplan and imagine their furniture etc. in your house, instead of looking at all your personal belongings.
