I specialize in the Northwest Houston, Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery, Waller and Hockley.  I have also listed and sold a relative's house in Katy. 

I am avid fan of HGTV.  I know what a big difference staging a home makes, so I advise all of my listings to be staged.  Staging a home to look like a model home allows buyers to see your house for its architecture and floorplan and imagine their furniture etc. in your house, instead of looking at all your personal belongings.

I have a couple of lenders that I work with on a regular basis.  Most of them will get your information and run a credit report and have a prequalication letter within 48 hours.
