  My background includes over 20 years of real estate experience!  My family has been in real estate for more than 30 years in South Florida.  I have a BBA in Finance and am a State-Certified General appraiser in Florida.  I continually attend educational courses in the real estate field offering the most up-to-date information to my clients and customers.
