- I am a life long resident of the Waterloo region. Born in Kitchener and have resided in Cambridge for the past 38 years. Selling real estate in Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo & surrounding areas.
About Me:
I have been in the real estate industry for 20+ years and affilliated with the RE/MAX organization for approximately 18 yrs. I was first employed as a member of our support staff and worked my way up to administrator/assistant office manager. Five years ago I decided to make a career change and obtained my real estate license after successfully completing all the necessary courses. In April 2008 I received my 5 years service certificate with RE/MAX. It is a decision that I have not regretted. It has allowed me to meet some wonderful people and making their dreams come true has been extremely rewarding for me. I still feel owning your own home is what most people want and as it is obviously probably the most expensive investment a person will make. I feel honoured to have someone put their trust in me with such a huge financial impact. I love making a difference!
I am a proud sponsor of the Childrens Miracle Network as well at Susan Kohmens Sold On A Cure for breast cancer treatment and research. I contribute a portion of my commissions to support these charities.
I have volunteered with our local Women's Crisis Shelter for 2 yrs. and have recently joined the Soroptomist Club. Soroptomists are women who use their special expertise and management skills to advance the work of the group. Past programs have supported environmental causes, youth and adult education, human rights and the status of women.
Areas of Expertise
The world as we know it is consistantly changing and I try to keep current with those changes so I can be of better service to my clients. In addition to the mandatory continuing education that we must adhere to I have also taken advantage of numerous training coaching gurus such as; Richard Robbins, Leaders Choice & Brian Buffini. With each training session I have come away with new ideas on how to better service my clients. I have had my Home Staqing Certificate since 2003. If there is an opportunity to learn something new and exciting that is going to help my clients home sell faster and for more money than I'm interested.
I have been honoured with the Presidents Club, Executive Club & 100% club designations.
