I am writing to express my appreciation of Lara Kaplan as our Real Estate Agent and would recommend her to any potential home buyer(s). As first-time home buyers, Lara's energy, enthusiasm and professionalism helped us through this important and life changing occasion. If we were to sell our house in the future, we would definitely seek her services again.
In terms of our experience with Lara, her knowledge of Ottawa and the current housing market was extensive. She provided excellent advice in terms of location, price and the bidding process. In terms of advice on homes, Lara was objective and clearly laid out the advantages and disadvantages of all the homes we saw with her. Lara also highlighted many other considerations that helped us make our final decision.
Secondly, Lara's attention to detail was excellent. If there were flaws in the house or something that did not sit right, she would point it out and offer to do more research if we so desired.
