I have a strong accounting and construction background. As co-originator of a mom and pop remodel, in
three years we expanded to a predominantly commercial new construction firm and a residential crew
for residential new housing construction with 30 employees. We have since sold the construction company
and chosen to dedicate our time and efforts full time to our signing agent business which funds the
UNAA and a dedication to raise the level of expertise and bring back the knowledgeable reputation of
the Notary Signing Agent. We are a diverse husband and wife team, who strive to excel at whatever task we take on.

We spoke while she was waiting for the docs, was very patient when they were late, called me from the borrower's with a few things and also when the closing was done.
