About Laurie:

                                                       My family has been involved in Florida real estate as owners,  builders, and investors for generations.  I have been a licensed Florida realtor since 1981 and also have several years experience as a mortgage loan officer.  I opened my Florida Title Insurance agency in Broward County Florida in 1999 and have loved every minute of it!  It gives me great joy to apply my knowledge and experience to help others with their Florida real estate closings - through what is often the largest financial transaction of their life, and make sure their documentation is done right!  My years of Real Estate, Title Insurance, and Mortgage Lending experience in Broward County help me solve complex issues and close the real estate transaction smoothly and on time.  I never lose site of the big picture.  My heart is in making the real estate closing process as stress free as possible through constant communication, proactive processing, and the availability of human beings to answer questions along the way.  I am a licensed Florida Title Insurance Examiner, Florida Real Estate Associate, and Florida Mortgage Broker.  Visit me at http://www/premierguaranty.com
