Lydia Lamoreux worked with us as both a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent.
When we were looking for our new home she was available, often on short notice or at crazy
times. She was also easy to get a hold of. She listened to our needs and didn’t waste our time
with properties that didn’t fit the bill. Lydia took time to research the market and research our
property to make sure we were getting a good deal. When we, at first, had to walk away from
a deal she was understanding. She kept her space, but let us know she was available and kept
us informed on what options were out there. At trigger time, she was helpful at negotiating
