have a unique perspective on the real estate market in the Cary NC area because I have lived most peoples experience.

In 1995, when Cary NC was truly a small town on the cusp of a population boom my family was part of a 700 family relocation from S. Florida with IBM.  This was before the widespread use of the Internet, imagine that!  We were sent here on a Thursday, scheduled for pick-up on Sunday and told to find a home.  Panic doesn't begin to describe the feeling.  We got through it and are one of the success stories.  I took that experience with me as I became a Relocation Specialist in Real Estate.

I have spent the past several years using my expertise with the Wake County School System, being a former teacher, and my relocation experience to assist numerous families from all over the country make a smooth transition to the Triangle.

My knowledge of Cary and the surrounding neighborhoods is extensive. Clients often want to know the top appreciating neighborhoods, I'm here to tell them.
