About Me:
I have been a fulltime Realtor since 2003. I started my career with Prudential Carruthers Realty in Anne Arundel County. When Re/Max Gold opened it's doors in Queen Anne's County, I enthusiastically joined. Within the first year I was awarded Rookie Realtor of the Year, and obtained a Silver Volume Award. I have since joined the local Chamber of Commerce, received Certificate of Recognition by Metropolitan's Who's Who, earned my ABR ,CRS and Executive Club Award. I now affiliate with Exit Gold Realty, since Broker has returned her Remax franchise back to Remax International, however I will still provide the exceptional service I pride myself in. I will also continue to increase my knowledge of the real estate business by completing courses I feel is necessary to advance my career in real estate.

Now, when it comes to the service I provide for my clients, I pride myself in doing my best for each and every one. I go the extra yard to make sure they are completely satisfied with my service and hopefully use me again and/or refer me to their family and friends. I love taking pictures with my digital camera to capture images of their home in such a way that the virtual tours I offer tells a story about the home. I always feature my new listings on my website. Speaking of, my website welcomes sellers and buyers and gives them useful information, as well as some of my favorite links. I guess of all the tools I use in marketing is my "Talking House". I get such positive feedback from clients as well as agents in regard to this tool.
About me personally:
I love just about anything that involves the outdoors. I love fishing, crabbing,swimming,horseback riding, camping, playing softball, going to see the Orioles! I love to dance, listen to music, read, and going to the movies. I do volunteer work as well. Love watching college basketball (GO UK CATS!!!),and professional football (GO STEELERS!!!!)

Areas of Expertise
I handle all types of property, in the residential area of real estate. I often would hear in courses that I have taken how we should figure out what our "expertise" area would be and work it. I didn't know which one to pursue, because I liked them all. In my case I believe it was decided for me by the public. I have been working mainly with first time buyers. I do like it immensely! They are so nervous, not sure what to do. So when I meet with them, chit-chat a little, calm them down, and discuss step-by-step what they will be going through, it gives me a sense of satisfaction, a well done feeling. And the hugs and thank you's and the "I couldn't have done it without you" doesn't hurt either.

I had recently retired from the Federal Government and had purchased a home under construction in St. Croix, USVI. The house in St. Croix was due to be completed and it was my desire to move to St. Croix ASAP.
