With over 20 Years of combined Banking, Commercial Property Management, Commercial Leasing, Residential Sales & Investments, Business Ownership and Business Management experience, the owners Mike and Nanette are the backbone of L&L Property Investment Group, Inc. and the driving force behind the success of this full service Real Estate Company.
Mike and Nanette are native Floridians and are originally from Southeast Florida. Nanette is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with extensive Banking and Real Estate experience. Prior to relocating to Marion County and establishing L&L Property Investment Group, Inc., Nanette was a Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent for a large Southeast Florida Commercial Real Estate firm for more than 10 years, during which time Mike operated and managed his own successful speed shop business. However, after years of visiting the Marion County area and in search of a better quality of life, Mike and Nanette opted to leave the big city and move to Marion County. In 2005 they became full time Marion County residents and established L&L Property Investment Group, Inc., now a successful full service Real Estate Agency.
