My qualifications are Over 30 years of construction Experience with eighteen years as a Licensed General Building Contractor In the State of California. I received My Professional Home Inspection training from and I am Certified By ALLIED Professional Home Inspection School. I am InterNACHI Certified. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc.  I also have certification from the Environmental Assessment Association (EAA) is one of the leading professional organizations that is dedicated to providing its members with information, education, and professional certification to qualified environmental professionals.

As you can see I am diversified and I would have to say just about anything Residential. I have preformed many inspections of diffrent types From Traditional Home Inspections on residential properties such as Condos,Apartments,Mobile Homes,Single Residential homes & light commercial properties.
I have also perform Certified Mold and Moisture Inspections, Mold Sampling & Post Remediation Inspections, Healthy Living Management,Neighborhood Environmental Reports, Water testing, Lead testing, Radon tests & Asbestos testing.
