About Lydia Marcondes

A native of Atlanta, Georgia and reside in Alpharetta, where I met my husband, Ceasar. Ceasar and I are proud parents of a 10 year old son and a 8 year old daughter. I have spent time in Brazil and speak Portuguese fluently. I believes in being involved in the community and offering help where it is needed. I am active with Stone Creek Church, Habitat for Humanity, Children's Network, PTA, Compassion through Jesus name, Women in Insurance and Financial Services, Brazilian Amercia Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Rio de Janeiro Sister Cities Committee, and I was the Team Mom for the Alpharetta 10yr old White Eagles. I have been a Realtor since 2000 and is an affiliate with RE/MAX GREATER ATLANTA.

There are several areas I enjoy in real estate. Selling a HUD Home is fun and can be rewarding when someone is looking to purchase with instant equity and don't mind getting their hands dirty. I enjoy listing beautiful homes and helping the home owner get ready for the sell. I love to help others in relocating to Georgia and getting to know the area.
