It is important to have an agent working for YOU!  It isn't always the best thing to just contact a name on a sign, after all they work for and represent the interests of the seller.  Don't believe me?  Just ask them.  A buyer's agent represents you and has your best interests above their own.  All this and it costs you absolutely nothing!!!

I am not afraid to say "I don't know".  Some people are and they try to give you an answer to a very important question on the fly.  I won't do that.  It isn't what you or I need.  I do know that there is NO QUESTION that I can't find the answer for!

So that means if I don't know I can find out very quickly what needs to be known, then get the answer to you as honestly and quickly as I can. 

So I guess I could say what I specialize in is YOU!  More specifically listening and then not being scared to say "I don't know, but I will surely find out."
