About Us:
Larry is the Broker of Access USA Realty, Inc, an independent brokerage located in Tamarac (NW Broward County) with agents living and working from Jupiter in the North to Homestead in the South. Larry incorporated the brokerage in 1997 and has been actively selling real estate in South Florida since 1985.
We help buyers navigate through the competetive arena of REO's, the Short Sale mine fields and ever shifting financing roadblocks so prevalent in the South Florida market. We help sellers sort out their options and make the best use of their assets and situation.
We pay our agents high splits for their hard work. We do not charge any transaction or processing fees and we provide all the real buyer leads our agents care to take advantage of.
In this dog eat dog market, we are a cat. Small, but agile. No loud bark, but an effective bite. Sometimes a little crazy, but hey, with 9 lives we can afford to take a few risks.
