Estate Planning Attorney
I am an Attorney/CPA. My work as a CPA provides me with valuable insight, in dealing with financial matters, other attorneys simply do not have. Many attorneys are just not comfortable with numbers. Additionally, I limit my practice to estate planning (preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills), estate administration (this is the work done after an individual dies), Estate Litigation (sometimes families do not agree on how things should be handled after a loved one dies), and business planning. Dealing appropriately with real estate is an important part of the estate planning and estate administrative process. I offer assistance to Executors (this is the perso who manages the estate after a loved one dies), and to Trustees. Real estate is almost always involved.
I live in Haymarket, Virginia, and my law office is located on the border of Gainesville and Haymarket, next to the new post office.
There are significant benefits to holding real estate in a Revocable Living Trust.
