Leigh Newport is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) in Northern Virginia. My company, Staged by Design®, offers Staging services that are tailored to your needs. Staged by Design® can help get your house sold, whether you are a do it yourself person who just needs a little advice, or would like your entire home Staged in preparation for sale.

Our approach is to transform your home into a house that every buyer could envision themselves in. What that entails is different for each home and each homeowner.

We create Staging plans that are tailored to your specific needs. We focus on providing outstanding service for our clients and one example of this is to provide unlimited follow up via email and phone. We're here to help every step of the way. To further our committment to creating a plan that is right for you AND your home, we don't just quote a price over the phone. We feel that there are no cookie cutter solutions suitable for every home, and therefore will come to you to provide a complimentary estimate for Staging services.

As an Accredited Staging Professional, we stage properties throughout Northern Virginia. I serve Loudoun, Fairfax, Clarke, Alexandria, Arlington Counties, as well as Frederick, Maryland, and West Virginia.

This is a very belated thank you for the work you did at our home. I was finally able to get back to VA this weekend, so it was the first I was seeing of the house. I love the way you blended so many of our things with what you brought it. It was remarkable. I had two of my women friends with me this weekend and they were just as amazed as I was. The touches in each room were very nicely done. Of course, I love a number of the pieces of art work you found for the house particularly the ones in our bedroom on the walls with the windows and above the coach. I could not believe how you matched these pictures to the pillows I had in the closet. Also, great picture in the guest room, the yellow and pink are a perfect match. Jaclyn is in love with the paintings in her room and wants to know where we can buy them. So on that note, is there a store you found these items from that you do your shopping or do you shop at various places. I would love to buy a few of the same items given we will be replicating some of the color scheme in our new home...when that comes along.

Last question, given you know my tastes well do you actually come into people's homes and do this type of design work or do you only focus on "staging" opportunities.
