Professionally, I am passionate, focused and dedicated to the real estate and mortgage business in Long Beach, CA. As the leader of my company,  I have made it my business to educate and inform , buyers and sellers as well as participants in the industry about the mechanics, changes and nuances of our business.  I have made it my business to be informed so much so that every month, I get 5 to 10 calls from lenders, brokers and other agents seeking advice, consultation or answers.  I also coach a few agents in goal setting, business presentations, business management, marketing and other related matters.  I enjoy sharing my knowledge to the newer and younger generation in the business.  I hope that in doing so, I can impart to them certain characteristics such as professionalism, patience, tenacity, resilience and caring.
