I am a "Mortgage Psychologist" and I rescue people from financial insanity and I release them to realize their dreams.
I am one of very few Mortgage Professionals who has been financially trained as my undergrad degree is in accounting. I have worked as an Accountant for a bank and I have also been a licensed financial advisor. I hold the prestigious Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Designation as well.
I entered the mortgage banking industry in January 1998 after completing my Master's Degree here in Denver. I pride myself on educating my clients about money and mortgages and I tell all my clients that, "there is no such thing as a stupid question, so please ask."

My 2 specific areas of expertise have been first time home buyers and real estate investors. Why? I spend lots of time with my clients and allow them to ask questions at all times. I also make the process of financing a home simple and easy. My real estate investors love me because of the knowledge they have gleaned from me and they know they can trust me at all times with each transaction.
Two other areas of speciality for me are Reverse Mortgages for homeowners 62 and older and move up home buyers as my first time home buyer clients become move up buyers. They especially appreciate my wealth building ideas using their home and mortgage properly.
