I am a Mortgage Loan Officer & I have been voted a 2 Time Winner of the 5 Star Mortgage Professional Award by 5280 Magazine for 2010 and 2011. This award puts me in the top 5% of all Loan Officers.

About Us:

I am one of very few Mortgage Professionals who has been financially trained as my undergrad degree is in accounting. I have worked as an Accountant for a bank and I have also been a licensed financial advisor. I hold the prestigious Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Designation as well.

I entered the mortgage banking industry in January 1998 after completing my Master's Degree here in Denver. I pride myself on educating my clients about money and mortgages and I tell all my clients that, "there is no such thing as a stupid question, so please ask

I work closely together with my processor and closer who each have over 30 years experience in our industry and each of them are as dedicated to my clients as I am. How? They both work evenings and weekends just like I do and this assures you that your loan will close on time and often early if so desired. I have never worked with such great a team as I do now and we are here to serve you.

Areas of Expertise

My 2 specific areas of expertise have been first time home buyers and real estate investors. Why? I spend lots of time with my clients and allow them to ask questions at all times. I also make the process of financing a home simple and easy. My real estate investors love me because of the knowledge they have gleaned from me and they know they can trust me at all times with each transaction.

Two newer areas of speciality for me are FHA 203k Renovation Loans and helping people who feel STUCK in their current home and want to buy a new home NOW, but they feel like they can't sell their current home due to local market conditions. Another option most homeowners have never thought about is renting out their current home. I can help them see the incredible value of owning investment properties and how to be a successful landlord or I can refer them to a great property manager.
