As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS), my job is to make sure my clients have the best loan, at the best rate, and that they understand every step of the mortgage process. Since 1998, I have been blessed to have a referral-only business thrive........which only comes from satisified customers.

As a parent who has built & financed 2 different homes, I have experienced the mortgage process from all sides. Therefore, I make sure that my files close ON TIME, with a Good Faith Estimate that is close to the final 1003 as possible. That helps make satisified customers.

I take the time to keep all realtors and title professionals "in the loop" on all application activity on every loan. No suprises....and great communication....also make for satisified customers!

Using my Financial Planning background to make sure clients understand their mortgage, and how it fits into their overall portfolio....(and every client HAS an investment portfolio....once they buy a home!)
