My background and experience...

I am a second generation realtor and the 4th person in my family to pursue real estate as a profession.  After completing my bachelor and masters degrees from CSUS, I decided to do what I love...Real Estate.  It is the best occupation I can think of.  

Personally, I've been married to Dennis Prizmich for 20+ years and we have two fun kids that we enjoy immensely.  We love camping, skiing, running, swimming, mountain biking, basically anything outdoors.  I enjoy my local community and participate as an executive board member of the PTO and active member of PTA in Davis.  Other than being with my family, real estate is what I enjoy most. 

Currently, I live in Davis, own/have owned property in West Sacramento, Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael.  Having been in this area for the past 25 years...I am very familiar with the "valley" and can easily make recommendations for buyers who are not familiar with the area based on their wants and needs. 

I am a member of Sacramento (SAR), Solano, California (CAR), and National (NAR) Association of Realtors.  I am continuously updating my education and adding to my skills. 

 

 

My areas of expertise and knowledge...

I am very familiar with the greater Sacramento area which includes Yolo, Sacramento, Solano, Placer and El Dorado Counties.  I specialize in Davis, West Sacramento, East Sacramento, Curtis/Land/McKinley Parks. 

Professionally, I have been a top producer since starting real estate. I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and am a REO Default Certified Professional.  I'm working on becoming a Certified Luxury Home Specialist as well. In addition to helping sellers get the best and fairest price for their homes, the current market finds me working with investors and first time home buyers to secure REO properties.

Having closed numerous REOs over the past several years, I am now working with corporate clients listing REOs.  This is not only challenging and rewarding but has given me great insight into what the banks are looking for in terms of acceptable offers.  This gives my buyers a distinct advantage.  I also watch investment properties for my own portfolio. 

I am a terrific negotiator (win-win!), clear and straightforward communicator, friendly, patient and persistent.   My instincts and expertise in real estate make transactions easier, faster, and more cost effective for my clients.
