I am a second generation realtor and the 4th person in my family to fall in love with real estate.  After completing my bachelor and masters degrees from CSUS, I decided to do what I love...Real Estate.  It is the best occupation I can think of.  

Personally,I've been married to a Detective for almost 18 years now.  We have two fun kids that we enjoy immensely.    I love camping, skiing, running, swimming, mountain biking, basically anything outdoors.  Other than being with my family, real estate is what I enjoy most.  Oh...i'm an avid reader too.

Professionally, I have been a top producer since starting real estate and was a top buyer's agent this year.  I am working on ABR and CRS accreditations this year.  I am a terrific negotiator (win-win!), clear and straightforward communicator, friendly, patient and persistent.  My passion for real estate is obvious...

I am very familiar with the greater Sacramento area which includes Sacramento, Yolo, Placer and El Dorado Counties.  I specialize in Davis, West Sacramento, East Sacramento, Curtis/Land/McKinley Parks.  I enjoy helping sellers get the best and fairest price for their homes.  In the current market, I am most busy with first time home buyers, move up home buyers, and investors.  I also watch investment properties for my own portfolio. 

Currently, I live in Davis, own/have owned property in Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael.  Having been in this area for the past 25 years...I am very familiar with the areas and can easily make recommendations for buyers who are not familiar with the area based on their wants and needs.

I am a member of Sacramento (SAR), California (CAR), and National (NAR) Association of Realtors.  I am continuously updating my education and adding to my skills.
