I am a mother of three boys - William of Escondido, CA; Robert of Baltimore, MD and John of Ventura, CA. I graduated from Madison High School in San Diego, CA a really long time ago; then I went onto San Diego State University to get my BS degree in Business - Info Systems. We bought at the top of the market in 2006. We knew from the first day we moved into the home we were in trouble because the mortgage payment was so high, we just didn't know how we would keep the payments up.
