Are you a Home Owner selling your home yourself?  I am currently putting together a list, for prospective buyers, of all homes that are "For Sale by Owner"  in the area.  These homes may go unseen by many potential buyers since they are not listed with a Realtor and not found in the two major listing services.  I want to make sure that when I take a home buyer to see homes in the area that I am able to show them All homes that are available in the area. You may have just the home that they are looking for.

This advertising is FREE for you and will help me to include All homes that are For Sale in the area when I am showing homes to buyers.  I will be upfront with you, the only catch is... If I find a buyer that is interested in viewing your home, you have to be willing to offer me the normal percentage of the sales price that I would recieve when showing any other home.  But remember all the advertising is FREE, you only pay the commission if I bring you a buyer that purchases your home. I will also be realistic and let you know that you will get more exposure if you formally list your home for sale with me, and more exposure helps to ensure a quicker sale. However, if you are determined to try and sell your home yourself I will be happy to offer these FREE services to you.
