About Us:
I have been a Real Estate agent since 2004 and reside in Parrish, Florida. I am a transplanted New Yorker who started vacationing in the Sarasota/Bradenton over 10 years ago and finally made the move in November 2004, I live in River Wilderness Golf and Country Club with my wife Janet.
My background is in Technology. Starting as a computer operator in my "Senior Summer" in 1977, I worked my way up the ranks to become, finally, Director of Production Support at the largest Wall Street service bureau, ADP. Along the way I worked in various positions at some of the most notable wall street firms; Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs, Pershing/DLJ and was the youngest Consultant/Project Manager at the prestigious investment banking firm of First Boston.
I now run Palms Premier Properties, a team within our own Keller Williams of Greater Manatee office. I am also one of only a handful of Certified Top Producer 7i Instructors, an e-PRO, a "Technology Coach" for many of my fellow REALTORS, and have been awarded the "Americas Most Referred REALTOR" for the Sarasota area. I continue to run my own Technology Consulting business both here and in NY.
I specialize in building long term personal relationships with my clients by exceeding their expectations. I have served as the Technology Director at the Lakewood Ranch Keller Williams office as well as the Greater Manatee office, have served on the Associate Leadership Council at both the Lakewood Ranch and Greater Manatee offices, and have been designated "Tech Guru" for our office by our Operating Partner, Jo Anne Owens. Most of my associates, friends and past clients know me by the nickname "Scuba Lou".
My technology expertise allows me to utilize *ALL* of the tools and services available in order to manage my business, communicate with my clients, and attract buyers and sellers from the internet via E-mail, websites, toll free call capture systems, lead generators and more.
