 Dear Mr. Aaroe, 

The above is a new address for me.  It is the address of my new home.  I am writing to you today to express to you my sincerest gratitude for the actions of one of your employees, Chris Curcuru.  He was my real estate agent, and I believe without him, I would not be living in my new dream home. 

Chris is everything that I wanted in an agent, especially as a first-time homebuyer.  He is honest, forthright, and very responsive.  He answered every question that I had, and I always felt that I was his number one priority, and that he had my best interests at heart.  I never doubted for a moment that he was working on my behalf to get me my dream home.  Chris explained to me the process, step by step, and figuratively "held my hand" through the whole process, which is invaluable as a first-time homebuyer.  In fact, he went out of his way to ensure my happiness and satisfaction.  Chris researched for me the new rules regarding Good Faith Estimates and provided me with invaluable advice.  When the sellers did not agree to some plumbing repairs, Chris decided to pay for the repairs out of his own pocket.  Even at closing, he surprised me with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. 

For all of the above reasons and too many others to explain, I feel Chris Curcuru is an extraordinary real estate agent that went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.  He operated with integrity and professionalism and was always available and responded to any requests or questions that I had immediately.  Therefore, I plan on telling everyone I know to use John Aaroe Group, and Mr. Curcuru in particular, for all of their home buying and selling needs.
