Description
I have been in the real estate industry since 1978 and enjoy closing both residential and commercial properties. Booth Escrow, LLC opened June, 09' here in the Redondo neighborhood of Federal Way.

Why close at Booth Escrow, LLC?

Because I care that the transaction closes on time and that all parties are informed all along the way.  I have a website that allows you to upload your Purchase & Sale Agreement to get escrow started right away without having to handle yet another set of paper to get to escrow.  My website has a download page that allows listing agents to print out a Seller Authorization Statement to get signed with the listing.  This is a real time saver when you are either working on a short sale, looking for a fast close or have unresponsive sellers. 

Booth Escrow, LLC also offers:

  • Free local signings (within a 20 mile radius of my location) at your customers preferred time and location
  • Skype or Windows Live conferencing with you and/or your out of town customers
  • Flexible hours when needed

My office is located in the "mother-in-law" apartment here in my home in the Redondo area of Federal Way so my commute is easy and it is pretty nice.  Stop on by and check it out if you are in the neighborhood.  I meet the buyers and sellers at their location for signing, but when timing is critical I have a very nice office here for them to come to.

Julie's background

I started my real estate career in 1978, just out of high school at Spot Realty in Silverdale.  Bob Dick was the broker and he had a very progressive group of agents that I kept organized.  In 1983 I joined the escrow team at Land Title Company of Kitsap County, under the mentorship of Joyce Clay and Gene Kennedy.  I received my Limited Practice Officers License in 1985 and worked for that company until 2001 when I moved to Seattle and accepted a position as the Branch Manager/AVP for the downtown branch of Fidelity National Title.  After a brief time at First American Title in late 2008, I decided to open up my own company.

I have been involved with my regional trade associations as well as the Escrow Association of Washington for many years at many different levels.  I feel that it is vital that I know about new legislation immediately and stay ahead of the trends.
