My name is Laura Perryman. I am a third generation Californian that chose not to make it a fourth. I fell in love with Pensacola on a visit in 1979 and made it my home in 1983. I became a full time student and graduated with honors with a major in marketing. I started in Real Estate in 1984 and found it to be a very challenging and rewarding career. In 1992 I obtained certification as a Real Estate Counselor and was honored as the 1993 Pensacola Association of Realtors 'Rising Star of the Year'. I received my Broker's license in 2004. My agency specializes in single family homes and property management. My combined twenty-four years experience in the Pensacola market contributes to my insight in analyzing market trends, the ability to identify potential problems, and the expertise to remedy them.
