BACKGROUND:

"I have been involved in sales and marketing for over 25 years, both in the financial services industry, and in the real estate industry.  In 2001 I left a management position to open my first business, Massachusetts 4 Sale By Owner.  The for-sale-by-owner concept was very new at that time and few marketing resources existed for private home sellers.  There was also little information available regarding how to sell "by owner" successfully. Our marketing and advertising service included a locally distributed monthly real estate magazine that featured FSBO properties and new construction as well as a website where sellers could post available properties for sale.  We educated sellers through ongoing seminars, ezine articles, online newsletters and blogs plus provided a referral network of advisors (attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors and stagers, etc.) that could assist them."

"Now that FSBO (for sale by owner) has become readily accepted and hundreds of resources are now available to private home sellers, I turned my attention to working with small business, specializing in real estate.  I work with area home builders/developers, real estate investors as well as private home sellers by providing marketing and advertising assistance.  I am also available as a consultant to small businesses who are struggling to grow their businesses in today's challenging environment."
