About Us:
As a former commercial real estate broker, who then became a real estate lawyer, I have the experience and skill to help commercial tenants and buyers of real estate navigate the treacherous waters of the complicated California real estate market. Lynn, my wife, has 14 years of experience dealing with sophisticated investors, which she now applies to helping buyers and sellers of their most preciaous investment, their home. Mark Stone has 20 years of experience in the North County of San Diego, as an outstanding REALTOR(r) and former branch manager of several national real estate brokerage companies.
Areas of Expertise:
I work with commercial tenants and buyers in the Coastal area of San Diego, especially in Carlsbad and the surrounding communities. As a former Director of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS(R) and now a member of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce I work diligently to serve our clients by having the latest information available on the market and the community.
As a commercial real estate broker in Colorado, I earned the money to go to law school at the University of Denver. I practised real estate law in Colorado for 27 years, and concentrated on large commercial transactions helping Investors, Buyers, and Sellers with acquisition, sale, and purchase...and workouts! I also represented real estate exchangors, and lectured on various real estate law topics to brokers and agents.
My wife, Lynn, works diligently with buyers and sellers of residential real estate, and I'm always there to help her negotiate the thorny issues that sometimes come up.
Our clients have access to all the listings on the San Diego Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
