About Me
I was born and raised in New England. To my real estate career I bring a wide variety of experience and diversity, including a background in graphic arts and a degree in interior decorating. However it is the 17 years experience in construction, property management and home remodeling, along with 3 years sales and sales management that will provide the most benefit to the clients I work with. My solid knowledge of computer technology and superior organizational skills combined with energetic and professional client interaction allow me to efficiently serve the needs of buyer and seller clients. Careful attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of my life, and real estate requires such a Realtor to be focused and organized.
Whether working with sellers in preparing and staging a home for the market and then aggressively marketing the home, or assisting buyers in finding their dream home and then strongly negotiating on their behalf, I am committed to providing professional and personal service to all of my clients. I aim for their success because I care.
Having first hand experience in relocating I am especially attentive to the needs and challenges of clients anticipating a major relocation, and I will service them with the utmost care and understanding.
Personally having bought and sold homes, land, commercial and investment property over the years, I understand that buying or selling real estate is more than just a transaction and often involves significant life changes and challenges, but also presents many opportunities. During this process, I am committed to responding to all of my client’s reasons for buying or selling with professional and personal service based on honesty, trust, hard work and dedication.
