Z'Touch Property Merchandising is a full service staging company that specializes in vacant homes. Staging is "merchandising" your home so it looks it's best and stands out against the competition. You want to make that house/product look as great as possible so when a potential buyer is "shopping", they can envision the place as their home not yours. About Us
Leanne Zumbrunnen is the lead consultant and owner of Z'Touch Property Merchandising. With a background in graphic arts and fashion design she has designed everything from company logos to wedding dresses. While studying fashion design she received "Best of Show" and "Best Collection" awards.
Her passion for decorating has been life long but was never a career interest until she found out it could aid people selling their homes. Decorating to please as many people as possible was more appealing than decorating to please just one homeowner. Upon finding that Staging was a burgeoning field, she dove in feet first and landed her very first job staging a vacant home. She utilizes all of her skills to combine traditional and contemporary style to make a home look comfortable and attractive.
