I specialize in helping military families & their relocation needs. I'm the exclusive rep. for MHAF-Military Housing Assistance Fund, a non-profit organization offering grants to military personnel.

Lucie Luciente is proud to be a part of the Watson Realty Corp. REALTORS team. She began her career in real estate in March 2005. Through Lucie's extensive training, she is a Certified Housing Counselor through Georgia Department of Community Affairs.  This allows her to provide the mandatory homebuyer education needed as part of the qualification process for the Georgia Dream Program. Lucie is also the exclusive and approved representative for MHAF- Military Housing Assistance Fund..A non-profit organization which helps Military personnel with grants that do NOT need to be repaid.  She is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative. Through her training with Century 21 Tri City Realty, she recieved the following certifications: Relocation Specialist, Fine Homes and Estates Specialist, New Home Sales Specialist, Mature Moves Specialist, and  Create 21. She is proud to be a member of The Camden County Board of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, GAR, NAHREP and REBAC.

 Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.  Some French, Italian and Portugese.
