            We have been in our new home a little more than a month now, and I just wanted to thank you again for helping us through the process. As you know, it had been twenty years since our last move, and we were a little apprehensive about moving again. Thank you for understanding, and answering our questions and concerns, without making us feel stupid. Your quiet and easy going demeanor, really helped to settle our nerves, and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. Looking back, the entire process from sale, to purchase, to withdrawal, to purchase again happened so fast it's still hard to believe we're through.  

            Also I believe because of the thorough and professional work you did up front on the first contract, was the key to making that kick-out clause and consequent withdrawal process go as smoothly as it did. At least from our vantage point, you did a very good job in making that whole process happen without us really being involved that much. I know you had to deal with some pretty stressful situations during that time, and we really do appreciate the time, and professional manner in which it was handled. You did a great job in keeping us informed at all times, as we just kind of stayed in the background while you were grinding out the details.

            I'm confident this entire process would not have gone as well as it did, had we not hired a realtor. Thanks for being that guy.
