I've been working with real estate agents in the Myrtle Beach, SC area for over 6 years, specializing in search engine optimization.  My main website, Myrtle Beach Web Design has much information about press releases and other tips and tricks.

In Myrtle Beach, I'm presently working to help the local Keller Williams agency to obtain a strong internet presence. I started with a company and website known as Condolux.  I've maintained their website forever, it seems, and they pretty much own the search engines in this area.  Recently it has just gotten to the point that I didn't have enough time to do both, so they've hired a couple of web people to take over and do several new sites.  The original one is so strong and such an authority site now that I don't think it can be hurt...I guess we'll find out over time.

Right now I'm working on a Myrtle Beach condo site, www.myrtlebeachcondos.net, and getting another old one we had let go, New Resorts in Myrtle Beach.  We are gearing up to start a marketing company that will include all our network of sites, from 1031 Exchange to Pawleys Island Real estate.  I've also just started a new site for myself, to promote cheap oceanfront property from New England to Florida and even the west coast.

I also have a real estate SEO tutorial site, Echo Forum.com that will be a big help to beginners and agents who want to learn how to raise their websites in the search engines by themselves.

My primary area of expertise is real estate marketing..  I have studied and followed the legends in this field for the last six years, and have a large network of realtors to call on for everything from link exchange to blog content.  One of my biggest interests is in writing SEO friendly press releases, which can do more to promote your website than just about anything you can do, except maybe creating and writing a blog...which I also train and assist with.

I have several highly ranked real estate directories for condo sales and vacation properties, and I utilize them in my marketing and SEO promotions.  Teaming up with two local developers is going to enable us all to promote real estate and all its side avenues in the Grand Strand area.

I've worked with realtors nationwide, and still offer help and spend alot of time on the phone for free.  Perhaps this is foolish, but I've always believed what goes around comes around, and every contact I make, whether it's in Pennsylvania or Arizona, can only help me in the long run.  In fact, we all help each other, and that's really what it's all about anyway.

My clients almost always become long-lasting friendships.  That's the way I like to do business, and the main reason my business has done so well.  Nothing beats a network of realtors helping each other, conferring together, sharing knowledge and helping to make us all have better websites and more sales!
