My life and career experiences have given me the opportunity to be a Realtor.  It was quite by accident that I got into this field!  After 16 years as a legal assistant for several prominent law firms, I was ready for a change.  I started my own construction specialty trade company which was extremely successful.  I sold my business when I was offered a position as a business manager for a Realtor and it was there that I found my niche - Real Estate.  I've been involved in real estate my entire career - contract law, real estate settlements, real estate lawsuits, construction -- the list goes on -- it's those career experiences that gives me the knowledge and expertise to be a successful Realtor.

I have helped numerous sellers with the pricing, marketing, negotiating of the sale of their home.  My sellers know that I will be there throughout the entire process, with my guidance and experience behind them.

I am a foreclosure specialist and certified distressed property expert.  In this market, you must work with someone who knows what they are doing when listing foreclosure property, helping buyers purchase a foreclosure or you need to sell your property in a "short sale."  I know what is needed to get you the best deal you can as a buyer or seller.  I work with asset managers every day and I know the ins and outs of foreclosure properties.

I know real estate -- neighborhoods, construction, negotiating, contracting, closing, selling, investing -- and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge.
